Bolt And Nut Cold Heading Workshop
The new factory purchased new production equipment in April 2025 and it is now in production. The cold heading workshop has 16 bolt and nut forming machines, producing bolts and nuts from M6 to M24.
Heat Treatment And Tempering Workshop
The heat treatment workshop has two state-of-the-art heat treatment and tempering production lines, accurately controlling temperature changes to ensure reliable product quality.
Laser Cutting Workshop
In March 2025, a new 50,000-watt large laser cutting machine was added to the laser cutting workshop, offering higher precision and efficiency.
Hot Dip Galvanizing Processing Workshop
The hot-dip galvanizing workshop has two fully automated hot-dip galvanizing production lines with a daily production capacity of 300 tons.
Operations Center Warehouse No. 1
Warehouse No. 1 is a bulk cargo storage area, where sampling inspections, repackaging, and consolidation of bulk goods are carried out.
New factory area, warehouse No. 3
Warehouse No. 3 is located within Plant Area No. 1 of the new factory, where export goods are temporarily stored and loaded for shipment.
